Episode 4 of our toy collecting podcast is out, yay! Check it out! Episode 4 Ryan Plays Too Much Minecraft
And I probably forgot to announce episode 3 when it happened. Episode 3 Who Crashed the Ship?
A place for my video reviews and toy collecting pics.
I currently collect: Mythic Legions by The Four Horsemen, Marvel's Avengers and Star Wars lines of SH Figuarts, and the occasional Kamen Rider.
I do a little Metal Build Gundam, and the odd Master Grade.
I still have Transformers and related 3rd Party Figs, DC, Star Wars, Statues/Busts and a few other items, but I am cutting back.
Really, I am.

2 Drunk Geeks and Ryan, Episode 2 is out now!
Aaaand it looks like I didn't talk about being on a podcast here. So I'll do it now. I'm on a podcast, yaaaaaay! A podcast about collecting toys! Please check it out, if you would like to hear more about I and a couple of my twitter bros collect. I think we're funny, and somewhat informative. Listen to Episode 1.
I recently got some Micro Riders, by Banpresto. These are absolutely tiny little figures of Kamen Riders. I picked up 16 of them, all 15 of the Heisei Riders, and the one extra they did to round out the Heisei characters to 16.
I like the packaging of these figures. The cards are about the size of my iPhone, the artwork looks really good, and the figure is easily visible in its little bubble. Shown here with SH Figuarts Gai, for scale.
Closer up view of the 16 I got, all of the Heisei Kamen Riders; Kuuga, Agito, Ryuki, Faiz, Blade, Kabuto, Hibiki, Kiva, Den-O (yes, I always confuse the order of Kiva and Den-O), Decade, Double, OOO, Fourze, Wizard, and Gaim, plus Zangetsu (from Kamen Rider Gaim). Figuarts Kuuga face mask included to remind you of the ridiculously tiny scale these are at.
I think this illustrates well the level of detail in the sculpting and paint that these have. Frankly, I'm pretty impressed with out well these turned out. Each is clearly recognizable, not just by the paint, the bodies are all clearly correctly individualized. Being single, solid pieces, I don't see how they could have reused any of one figure for another, so I'm pretty sure they're all unique sculpts.
Of course, I didn't buy such tiny figures to display on their own, I bought them as props for my FIguarts. They appear to be just about the same scale to a SH Figuarts figure as an SH Figuarts figure does to me, that pleases me greatly.
I'm back with another gallery/review, once again from Kamen Rider Decade; today it's Tsukasa's trusty motorcycle, Machine Decader!

And after a couple months hiatus, I finally posted another gallery/review on TokuNation.com
SH Figuarts Kamen Rider Decade
These have all been posted to twitter previously, but I'm sharing them here because I like how they turned out.

Hey, posting about a video review the same day it went up? Unthinkable!
A brief look at an inexpensive 1:12 scale UTV my wife picked up for me on Amazon or eBay.
I am terrible at updating this blog, because I mainly do my toy talking on Twitter. But I'll try to post updates more reliably in the future.
Speaking of, I have once again been trying to record video reviews of toys, and more importantly, do what little editing I do on them and get them uploaded. I've done 5 in the last week, and here they are.
